Certification for Women Owned Businesses

DPS International operates as a certified women owned business enterprise.

Criteria required for WBE certification:

1. Fifty-one percent ownership by a woman or women.
2. Proof of effective management and control of the business (operating position, by-laws, hire-fire and other decision-making role, signature role on loans and contracts)
3. Contribution of capital and/or expertise
4. Independence
5. U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Resident Alien Status
